Angri has a production from proven quality standards

Cavallaro Prodotti Ortofrutticoli dedicates a lot of energy to the preservation of a higher quality standard. On this page you can download two important documents that attest to the high standards of products that come from our production. These are two certifications. The first is the Global GAP certificate, which was introduced in 1997 and also known as EUREP GAP: it is a certificate issued by the Eurep (Euro Retailer Producing Working Group), an association that groups most of the major European distribution chains, formed with the aim of providing a system of self-control and self-certification of products sold in the chains and companies belonging to the group. In practice, this is a form of self-control by the small, medium and large European distribution, which by accurate and strict controls constantly monitors the quality standards of individual suppliers of any product. The controls on the agri-food sector, especially regarding fresh products, especially those belonging to the fruit and vegetable sector, are the most stringent, and achieving a Global GAP certification in this field is a result that few companies are able to achieve. The second certificate is called Global GAP Grasp, and concerns directly the supplier. In fact, EUREP is not content with testing the products that come to the shelves of the affiliated groups, but goes to investigate directly at the source of production. Again, the controls are very strict, and obtaining the Global GAP Grasp certificate is a great achievement and at the same time the best proof of the quality.
